Apartment Residences

Franke’s active lifestyle campus will contain three mid-rise apartment buildings named Waterside, Trailside, and Woodside. These one and two-bedroom apartment residences range in size from 888 to 1,328 sq. ft. and feature 9-foot ceilings, fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, standard wall-to-wall carpeting, large windows and screen porches or sunrooms. Like our patio homes, all plans can accommodate upgrades and customization such as crown molding, wood floors, custom built-ins and paint treatments. Complimentary parking is available at no additional charge.

Many of our apartments feature exquisite water views thanks to the beautiful lagoons that surround our campus. In fact, it’s not unusual to see families of mallard, geese, and other waterfowl feeding along the banks of the lagoon or nesting near the walking paths that run behind the apartment buildings. Sometimes they’ll even wander into the courtyard!
